Step One: Product Concept and Design
Custom Requirements
When get custom requirements including product name, quantity, function, 2D/3D drawings or samples, our sales and engineers will check client’s demand via email, telephone,meeting, etc.
Communication With Customer Service
Our experienced sales and engineers will discuss product concept and functions with clients. From the early design stage, We work tightly with clients,help develop 3D CAD files according to clients’ initial ideas/sketches. We will estimate all 3D drawings and propose useful recommendations, to ensure the design can meet manufacturing feasibility.
3D Drawing Completion
By mutual communication, we will clearly know clients’ need and provide corresponding advice. All advice should ensure the design is capable for manufacturing feasibility, production consistency at lower cost.
Lastly, based on final design, our engineers will make official 3D draw after mutual confirmation.
Step Two: Mould Making
Our internal mould dept support fast response to client’s changed requirements. With the help of CNC and EDM machines, we can easily speed up the whole processing. The mold section allow us to economically customize silicone products.
Step Three: Purchase and Sale Agreement
Production arrangement: After sample and bulk order confirmation, we will organize the production and make delivery on time.
Quality inspection: In production process, we will carry out strict quality inspection for each station, to ensure final ones are qualified silicone products.
Step Four: After Service
Delivery Notice
After finish mass batch production, we will inform customers of expected delivery time and transportation method as well as other details in advance, benefit client to receive on the schedule.
After-sales Service
Once encountered any problem when use the product, client can contact us at any time, we will help solve and give reasonable counter plan immediately.
